Update Wholesalers Weekly Specials

  1. Go to the dropbox folder MyBrandz Wholesalers APP Content
  2. Find the wholesaler and in the Promotions folder find the latest Weekly Specials. It’s vital you find the latest one.
  3. Open the PDF and add or delete the pages the wholesaler wants – please try to group pages – so if it’s adding a beverage page – add it after the other beverage pages etc. Unless the wholesaler asks you to add it in a specific position.
  4. Save As – save the PDF to today’s date. e.g ALBURY-Weekly-Specials-17th-AUG.pdf
  5. The HUB will not load any PDF over 25mb so if you add in a lot of pages you will need to reduce the size of the PDF. Its best to keep them all around 10-15mb max
  6. Log into the HUB
  7. Go to Brochures – All Brochures
  8. Using the dropdown menus on the top of the page choose your wholesaler in User Groups dropdown and then choose promotion in the Category dropdown.
  9. Once you find the brochure click on the pencil icon on the right hand side.
  10. In “File Name” you will find the old PDF – you must DELETE this one first.
  11. Then upload the new PDF and save it.
  12. It’s always a good idea to check that its loaded correctly.
