FoodPlus have 1 Monthly Catalogue that needs to be added to their website each month.
The Monthly Specials banner (homepage) & Our Specials CTA (homepage) and the Monthly Catalogue page need to be updated before the 1st of each month.
Prepare the PDF #
- Make sure the PDF is no larger than 10mb. If it is, reduce the size (max limit of uploads is 10mb on Distributors websites)
- In the Adobe Acrobat document properties add a Title name in the description tab e.g. Mt Gambier Monthly Specials & make magnification: Fit Height in the Initial view tab.
- Name the pdf – MtGambier-Specials-MonthYear e.g. MtGambier-Specials-Aug25.pdf.
Update Monthly Specials Banner #
- The Monthly Specials Banner.psd needs to be updated and can be found here: Impulse Marketing Dropbox/WEBSITES – Distributors and Brandz/WEBSITES_The Distributors/TD Mt Gambier/Monthly Special/Monthly Specials Banner.psd
- When the psd file is open, double click the Edit me (double click) layer and replace the current cover with the new one.
- Save the jpg. e.g. Monthly-Specials-Banner-Jan26.jpg
Update Our Specials CTA #
- The Bottom CTA.psd needs to be updated and can be found here: Impulse Marketing Dropbox/WEBSITES – Distributors and Brandz/WEBSITES_The Distributors/Shared Assets/Home Page/Bottom CTA.
- The Weekly/Monthly Specials artboard needs to be updated.
- Double click on the Left page and Right page layers to add the inner pages of the latest catalogue.
- Make sure that only the Weekly/Monthly Specials artboard is selected then go to Export > Artboards to files.
- Make sure Export Selected Artboards is checked.
- Save the jpg as a generic name.
- Open TD Homepage rounded corners template.psd:
Impulse Marketing Dropbox/WEBSITES – Distributors and Brandz/WEBSITES_The Distributors/Shared Assets/Home Page/Bottom CTA - Import the image to the psd file and clipping mask it to the rounded rectangle and save it as MtGambier-Monthly-Specials-MonthYear.jpg.

Update Monthly Catalogue image #
- The MtGambier_Widget_Specials-Pg.psd needs to be updated and can be found here: Impulse Marketing Dropbox/WEBSITES – Distributors and Brandz/WEBSITES_The Distributors/TD Mt Gambier/Promotions Products & Services/MtGambier_Widget_Specials-Pg.psd
- When the psd file is open, you will see that there are a few folders in the layers section. Generic Specials is the image that needs to be updated. Update the 3 catalogue images.
- Save the jpg. e.g. MtGambier_Widget_Specials-PC-Mar26.jpg
Upload all elements to Mt. Gambier Website #
- Log in to the Mt. Gambier website.
- Go to File Library in the left hand menu and upload the pdf and images.
- Go to Pages and click on Create Preview in the /home row.
- In the Content Section click on the first Content Bar (2 Column) and click Select Image in the left column section. A popup will open, click ⌘+F to open the browser search field and search for the file name and click select.
- Click on Content Bar (Full Width) below the Content Bar (2 Column) that has just been updated.
- Click Source in the WYSIWYG to change to code view and below the line <!–******** END WIDGET 1 *********–> you will see the code:

Update image and pdf names and start date. - Click Save & Publish
Update Monthly Catalogues Page #
- Click on Create Preview in the /monthly-catalogues row.
- In the Content Section click on the first Content Bar (2 Column)
- Click Source in the WYSIWYG to change to code view and update the start date and the pdf name.
- In the Right Column section below the WYSIWYG, update the Link URL and image.
- Click Save & Publish
