Contact Forms

There are two types of Forms on the MyBrandz website:

  1. Forms created by the Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin
  2. Form created in HubSpot and embedded into the website

Contact Form 7 plugin #

The following forms have been created using the plugin so need to be edited in the Contact section in the MyBrandz WordPress dashboard:

  1. Main Contact Form – Contact Us 
  2. MyBrandzX Enquiry Form – MyBrandzX Enquiry
  3. SMS Workflow enquiry – MyBrandz SMS Workflows
  4. Supplier Order Functionality – MyBrandzX Supplier Ordering Functionality
  5. Why MyBrandz for Suppliers – Why MyBrandz for Suppliers

Editing Contact Form 7 forms

You can edit the form template of a contact form in the Form tab panel. HTML and Contact Form 7’s form-tags are used in a form template so some prior knowledge of this is recommended.

A form-tag works as a placeholder for an HTML form control (e.g. a text input field) or a set of form controls (e.g. a group of checkboxes). Form-tags are replaced with HTML when rendering the form.

HubSpot Website #

The Enews Signup form has been created in HubSpot so needs to be updated in HubSpot.

  1. Sign in to HubSpot
  2. Go to the Forms Section (quickest way is to search for Forms using the top search field)
  3. Click on E-NEWS Sign-Ups
  4. This shows all the information for this form & the Edit Form button is in the top right hand corner
